&lt;p&gt;Unless you’re dieting for a competition, even they have cheat meals every week, I say yes. Now, before I go into this please review that again: “Cheat Meals” and not “Cheat Days”. Do not turn in your cheat meal into a cheat day. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Unless you’ve been eating clean throughout your entire life then cheat meals doesn’t really exist in your realm but for a lot of us, cheat meals was part of our daily intake until we decided to change eating habits. For those people, you have to enjoy the forbidden foods here and there or else I think you’ll break and just go back to bad eating habits. Don’t think of cheat meals as a reward because we are not dogs! We shouldn’t use food as a reward because you’ve been eating well. You should eat well regardless and incorporate the food that you crave here and there in moderation and don’t feel bad about it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you eat 50 meals a week 1 or 2 cheat meals is not going to take you up the scale! You probably would weigh more the next day but that’s due to many different variables but it’s not “fat” weight. It doesn’t work like that.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So yes, every week enjoy some pizza, burger with fries, burrito, go on a date, etc. But you should never skip a meal! Having a cheat meal doesn’t mean you skip your other meals to compensate for the calorie surplus of that meal. Continue with the regular schedule. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A good way to time your cheat meal is right after a heavy training day. Let’s say you just demolished your legs at the gym, go home, take a shower and go out and have a cheat meal. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;I wanted to do a full write up on my recent investments at Max Muscle San Mateo.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;On Tuesday, I invested in:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;1) 6 Pack Bag&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;2) Dominion - Pre-Workout Energy&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;3) Liquicarn - L-Carninite: Natural Fat Burner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6 Pack Bag&lt;/strong&gt; - Food prep takes a lot of time.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Packing the food takes a lot of time.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Lugging food around along with protein, vitamin pills, fish oils, hot sauce, etc. is a BIG HASSLE.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I used my gym bag before and it tossed all my Tupperware around.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I then found an Igloo bag that holds my Tupperware in place and I can put 6!&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;That was great but then; I had no room for nothing else!&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;I saw a post on Instagram that Max Muscle San Mateo carries the 6 Pack Bag and I was on THEE way.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Let me tell you, this was probably one of the best investments I’ve made.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;First off, the Tupperware is microwavable and dishwasher safe.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I don’t have to take my food out then put it on a plate before heating.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;The Tupperware has its own compartment.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;The compartment is like shelves and can be moved around for bigger Tupperware.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;On top of the bag is a vitamin rack with other sections for protein bars, etc!!&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I don’t have to carry a bunch of pill bottles around anymore!&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;On each side of the bag are two “pouch” like sections where you can put a big bottle of water, shaker bottle, protein, etc.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I put my Liquicarn and Shaker bottle on one side and put all my hot sauces on the other side.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Meal management doesn’t get any better then this.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;If you’re serious about your nutrition and are looking for other ways to make things easier, hit up Max Muscle San Mateo and get your bag ASAP!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dominion&lt;/strong&gt; – The first time I went to MMSM, Tri, one of the owners gave me a few samples of pre workout energy formulas and one of them was Dominion.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I’ve tried Jack3d, N.O. Explode (been using it for 6 months), C4, etc.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Stayed with N.O. for a while but I HATED the fuzz that sits on top of the liquid after you mix it in with water.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I have to wait until it’s gone before taking it or else I have gas.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I hated waiting.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I want to take it then kill it in the gym.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I took the Dominion and the Liquicarn the next day 20 minutes before working out and I felt like I could left the building.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Now, I didn’t get the itchy palms feeling that I usually get with other pre workouts and I wasn’t “wired”.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I just had a lot of energy that stayed with me throughout the entire workout. &lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;I thought I was going to crash hard but I didn’t it.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;It was a successful take off and a smooth landing!&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;BEST PRE WORKOUT ENERGY I’VE HAD!&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Liquicarn (L-Carnitine)&lt;/strong&gt; – First off, I’m not a big fan of fat burners in general.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;But maybe it’s because I wanted to focus more on my nutrition to help me achieve my goals rather then taking fat burners.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;The less supplements I took, the more I relied on my nutrition to do the work.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;But, I do like L-Carnitin.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Liquicarn (L-Carnitine) helps converts fatty acid into fuel for your body to use.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;It is typically found in meats but since you’re on a “calorie restriction”, you might not be receiving enough and that’s when you turn to supplements.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I like this product.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;I get a mild boost of energy after consuming.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;It’s nothing like an actual pre workout energy supplement but enough for me to know that it’s working.&lt;span&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Highly Recommended.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description><link>http://themutationoftj.tumblr.com/post/25106761016</link><guid>http://themutationoftj.tumblr.com/post/25106761016</guid><pubDate>Thu, 14 Jun 2012 15:38:00 -0400</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
